I just wanted to give my most sincere THANK YOU to you guys for what you did for us. I was having alot of medical problems and could not afford to have the septic tank cleaned. I will be the first to tell you that I was skeptical about the “free cleaning”…but I took a chance and got the call the next day that I had won the cleaning.
My initial thought was “yeah…right”. But it was so much easier than I would have ever expected. The guys showed up on a Saturday morning…convenient for me because I work from 8-5 Monday-Friday without the option to leave early. They were very professional and as much as I was waiting on the “extra fees” or “problems found that were not covered”….it NEVER happened.
My septic tank was cleaned quickly without problems and I was told to call if I had any more problems. I am very grateful to have found you guys. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without you!! We need more businesses around that are willing to give back to the community. When the tank fills back up I will definitely be calling Super Septic to save me….but the next time I will pay.

Life Savers !!
After experiencing my first septic backup into the house, I called around to get some estimates to have the tank pumped and see who could come the soonest. Because super septic service didn’t have an opening the same day, I initially went with another company. The other company showed up, announced that they would have to do all kinds of expensive things to get me back in service and wanted to charge about $1400 to pump my tank and essentially remove a grease clog. I sent them away and super septic came out and had my tank cleaned and unclogged in about an hour for not a penny more than they quoted for a staight up tank pumping. They were great! I will use them again in 3-5 years.
Just GOOD! Have no fear, use them!
If septic problems and the company who fixes them worries you, just call these guys. PAINLESS. Joe and Tommy were exceptional, they educated me the whole way. No hidden fees, they are straight up with you from the beginning. Ian, the owner, personally scheduled my septic pumping for 10:00AM, the guys showed up at 9:59! Call super septic, you will not be disappointed.

Super Septic is really super
I live in Marietta and called Ian to schedule a routine pump and inspection prior to selling my home. I chose this company after speaking with several others because of their professional manner on the phone and reasonable price. Unfortunately, they found a problem that had to be repaired. They were able to fix the problem quickly at a reasonable rate without tearing up the entire yard. The men who did the work were polite and pleasant and worked hard to get the job done. I couldn’t recommend then more highly.
Simply Amazing
Bubba (Mike) and Scotty were at my house the same day to fix my septic system! I called about 5 companies in the area and these guys were the first to respond and get out here, so I figured I would give them a shot to earn my business. I’m also a 1st time home owner and very cautious about rip-off companies telling me I have everything wrong and everything’s going to need fixing (and charging me for it all). Let me tell you, these guys didn’t do any of that! They educated me on the whole septic system, told me helpful tips to keep everything in tip top shape, and were not only professional, but had an excellent sense of humor about their occupation (dirty jobs anyone??). They turned a negative situation into a positive one. I think thats what impressed me the most. The price was more than fair, and I am EXTREMELY frugal. I do everything myself to save $, but the septic system is just one thing I can’t tackle. The owner of the company works at UGA from what I understand, and has a G on every company truck. Obviously a local small business, which I like using. Just a great business with some great employees. Very highly recommended!!!
